The assistant runs on the owner's ThinkPad. Its Google Calendar connection is used to read interview schedules and availability and, only after explicit approval, make requested calendar changes. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or Google Contacts through this connection.
Information used for assistance may be processed by the owner's configured AI provider and saved in private local records or the private Notion workspace. Relevant reminders may appear in the owner's private Telegram conversation. Email is accessed separately through the owner's configured mail account. Application materials are shared with a prospective employer only when the owner approves the exact action and final draft.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or intentionally made public. Access credentials remain in private files. Local recovery backups are encrypted. Access can be revoked in Google Account settings. The owner controls deletion of local records, Notion content, Telegram messages and retained backups.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
